“Magazines create a highly sensory reading experience, which improves memory. And because they are generally not regarded as permanent fixtures for the bookshelf – because we bend, fold, rip, clip them without much concern – they encourage sharing and social reading.”

Can I buy an issue of the Horsemanship Journal without subscribing?

Yes, you can buy back issues from our archive.

Is there a digital magazine?

We have over 250 articles online and publish a new article each week.

We do not publish the magazine as a mock flip-page magazine, the experience isn't the same as paper and it's not optimised for the web, especially viewing on a mobile phone. Instead, our articles are published as web and mobile-friendly articles for a great online reading experience.

Online articles are part of the print magazine subscription or you can choose an online-only subscription.
