Tash Daszykowski is based in The New Forest, UK. Her unique training style combines her academic degree in equestrian psychology with natural horsemanship, English and Western disciplines and a deep love for the horse. Her ethos is to create the best possible experience for the horse, keeping them below threshold and encouraging softness.

The magic of being in the New Forest for four days is there are ditches and stream crossings everywhere. Sean set it up so we could spend some time on ditches, then go off fast across flat open country to work on opening up his stride, or weave in and out of trees in a wooded area working on isolating leg and hand aids, and then cross another few ditches as we went on to the next thing.

I recognised how much less I hear or take in when I am absorbed in trying to do an exercise with my horse and how much more I understand from observing the exercise repeated, corrected and explained in different ways as students practise and are corrected.
